I made a big purchase for 9000 pesos. One of the items was completely missing, and one item is that steam iron.

I got only one piece of the iron. It was a few months ago, but they didn't give me any help, and now they say it's too late for a refund.

My order was flagged. They asked for documentation which I sent to them, and they still wouldnt fulfill the order. I called to discuss it, and no one answered the phone.

Some went in my account and placed orders I couldnt speak to anyone about the issue because all you can do is write in a chat thats nothing anyone wants to do when it involves there money

I ordered from Shane on 1 July, and I received my order on 15 July. I checked my order, and it was the wrong package. How can I return it?

Package was not delivered to the right person; it shows it was delivered, but I never received it. Maybe it was given to the wrong person.

No se pudo realizar mi pedido y pagué, pero para devolverme mi dinero no puedo entrar al link que me mandaron.

My package was delivered to an unknown address and not my address registered on the app. They used photos of old deliveries, as evidence of a successful delivery. I find that a very unethical thing to do.

They dont want to give my back my money since according to them, I have received my package.

Then package was delivered at an unknown address in another state.
