El día 21 de Septiembre hice un pedido, la mañana del 30 de septiembre Amanecí con la notificación de que mi paquete había sido entregado supuestamente a la 1 de la madrugada, cosa que no tiene sentido porque nadie entrega a esa hora pusieron una fotografía de una casa que yo no conozco por cierto con luz de día, cuando se supone que lo entregaron a la 1 de la madrugada y falsificaron una firma.

La paquetería que traía mi paquete es imile y el repartidor se llama Sergio León quién fue Quién puso esa firma falsa y esa fotografía, he estado marcando a la empresa y únicamente me dicen que lo sienten mucho, y ustedes SHEIN, no tiene ningún servicio al cliente el teléfono que aparece en internet obviamente no sirve solamente están burlándose, y se convierte en una situación muy desesperante pues no tengo manera de hablar con nadie los correos electrónicos que ustedes me reenvían únicamente dicen que entienden lo frustrante que es pero no me da ninguna solución.

Yo lo único que sé es que yo pagué un dinero hice un pedido y aquí nunca ha llegado y no es justo lo que me está sucediendo.

He sabido de varios casos así por contratar esa paquetería lo único que va a pasar es que ustedes estén quemando con esta situación voy a tener que cerrar mis cuentas y a dejar de comprarles y comentarlo con todos mis conocidos y con todas las personas a las que malamente les recomendé esta aplicación.
